Clinic pickup is from a single practice to a reference lab on a standing route. Transport is for moving specimens between larger facilities — hospital systems, reference labs, or overflow processing — often ad hoc and often STAT.
Do you maintain temperature during transport?
Yes. Coolers with appropriate refrigerant come standard; we match the cooler to the specimen's required temperature range.
